SEVERE MACAWS FOR SALE. Severe Macaw is one of the best parrots in their family. A variety of lovely traits makes them a popular and cherished pet.
Severe Macaws love to chew things and are very strong for their size so plenty of toys of multiple types should be provided to keep them stimulated. If not socialized or stimulated enough Severe Macaws will quickly turn to self-mutilation, and aggressive behaviors.
They need a variety of different sized perches to help exercise and stretch their feet.
Personality wise, these birds are fantastic. Though they have not had hundreds of years of selective breeding to domesticate their personalities which means they still retain much of their natural, and wild behaviors. Severe Macaws still make fantastic pets if handfed and well socialized at a young age.
Severe Macaws live up to 50 years, but some are living up to 85 years due to better care available for companion birds today. Thought, and consideration should go into the purchasing of a companion bird because these are lifetime companions.

They eat a variety of seeds, nuts, fruits, and commercial pellets, as well as the same nutritional foods humans eat.

“It’s been a little while just thought I would send an update. We had her vet appointment For her shots she weighed 10.8 pounds the vet said she was at perfect weight she looked healthy and everything looked great! She is doing great and enjoying chewing, chewing, and chewing some more ha ha.
Very nice pet store, staff is very attentive and friendly. We were able to say hi to puppy and hedgehogs- and that was super awesome ?. Just want to adopt them all . Thanks guys for taking care of animals and being sweet to people.
I really prefer going to a smaller independent family-owned pet store. They have 99% of everything I would get at a larger at store like Animalsshop. However they all their customer service is far better. And they really take the time to answer your questions. They have a much more extensive knowledge than an employee might add a larger pet store.
